BIO-SENSING SOLUTIONS, S.L. (DYCARE), respects the current legislation on the protection of personal data, the privacy of users and the secrecy and security of personal data. PERSONAL DATA

What is personal data and what data do we process?

Personal data consists of information that identifies or makes it possible to identify individual persons such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, etc.

The personal data you provide us with are your basic identification data and your contact details, i.e. name and surname, ID card, email address, postal address and telephone number. In addition, you also provide us your bank data so that we can bill you for our products and services.

From BIO-SENSING SOLUTIONS, S.L. we treat the personal information that you provide us, in order to process correctly the contracting of a service, purchase of a product or request for information, as well as the information generated through the provision of our services.  Based on the principle of minimization, the data we can process will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary depending on the purposes for which they are treated, and always respecting the will of the customer.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

For what purpose do we process your data?

In BIO-SENSING SOLUTIONS, S.L. we treat the information that you provide us for the correct execution of the contract, for the invoicing of the services and products contracted, for the maintenance of the commercial relation and to improve our services.

In addition, we will use the information to carry out treatments for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes, such as sending you our newsletter or other commercial and advertising material, or to send you communications and invitations to events organized by the company.

We do not use your data for profiling or to make automated decisions.

How long do we keep your data?

In compliance with the principle of limitation of the storage period, the data collected will be processed solely and exclusively for the time necessary and for the purposes for which they were collected at any given time. 

For this reason, the personal data you provide us with will be kept for the duration of the business relationship, for as long as is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or until the interested party requests its deletion.

We undertake to delete your data from our databases after the above-mentioned retention period has elapsed and to instruct the processing companies whose services we use, to remove all information that they may have about you, from their databases.

LEGITIMATION

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the treatment of your data is the fulfillment of the contract or your consent that you give us by expressly accepting our privacy policy when you fill in the contact or information request form indicating your personal data.

ADDRESSEES

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data is communicated to the collaborating companies whose services are indispensable for the correct execution of the order or contract. The data is also communicated to the tax and business consulting and management companies.

To provide services strictly necessary for the development of our business we need to use services and tools from third parties, so we share your data with:

  • Teamleader. We use Teamleader software to manage administrative and billing issues.

We will not transfer your data to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

We do not make international data transfers.

RIGHTS

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  1. ACCESS, RECTIFY, DELETE: All interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  2. LIMIT THE PROCESSING: Under certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

According to current legislation, you can request the limitation of your data when:

a) You have exercised your rights of rectification or opposition and we are in the process of dealing with your request.

b) The processing is unlawful, which would result in the deletion of the data, but you oppose it.

c) The data are no longer necessary for processing and must be deleted, but you need them to formulate the exercise or defense of claims.

  1. OPPOSE THE PROCESSING: Interested parties may object to the processing of their data in which case we will stop processing their data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the defense of possible claims.
  1. PORTABILITY: The interested parties also have the right to request portability of the data that they have provided to us in order to transfer them to another data controller. In this case, the data will be transmitted to another data controller or to the data subject in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading.
  2. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT: All interested parties who have given consent for a specific purpose have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Always indicating your name and surname, the right you are requesting to exercise, the reason for the request and attaching a copy of your identity document.

Within one month of receiving your request to exercise your rights, we will inform you about the actions we have taken because of your request. In the case of particularly complex requests, we will contact you within two months at the latest.

In any case, you can file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority:
